This week's Thursday interval session details:

We'll have two groups out as normal, both setting off from GSK Sports Club at 7:00pm

Graham Pinder will lead the faster group. As it's the 10k on Sunday the session will be 10 x 1 min with the opportunity take it easy if you are racing or go harder if not. The venue is the Siemens Estate. Set off from the club at 7:00pm or meet up at Siemens junction at 7:10pm.

Mike Fawcett's group will be at Siemens, 12 x 90secs with various recoveries between 30 & 90 secs. Meet at the club 7pm or Siemens 7.10 pm.
