Summer 10k and 1 Mile Fun Run

Registration from 5:30 pm
Prizes for 1st 3 in male, female and 1st. in all Vet Categories from V40.
Team prizes 1st 3 count (club vests must be worn). Medals to all fun runners, mementos for all 10k finishers.
10k minimum age 15. Fun run under the age of 8 must be accompanied by an adult. Parking on site, changing, toilet facilities and refreshments.

Race Route & Description

Starting on the road, between the clubhouse car park and The Bay Horse Restaurant, this is a flat, fast PB course, weaving through Ulverston and down towards the coast road. It enters the bottom entrance to Conishead Priory grounds, leaving at the main top entrance, before looping back to finish in front of the clubhouse.
