Summer 10k and 1 Mile Fun Run

Event will be Chip Timed
Fun Run start: 6:30pm
10k start: 7:00pm
Glaxo Sports Club, North Lonsdale Rd, Ulverston, Cumbria
Registration from 5:30 pm
Prizes for 1st 3 in male, female and 1st. in all Vet Categories from V40. Team prizes 1st 3 count (club vests must be worn). Medals to all fun runners, mementos for all 10k finishers.

10k minimum age 15. Fun run under the age of 8 must be accompanied by an adult. Parking on site, changing, toilet facilities and refreshments.
