We'll have two groups out as normal on Thursday evening

Damian Jones will take the faster group for 10-12 x 90s on the whistle. Run hard for 90s and drop your marker cone, then if you make it to your mark for the next 10 reps, you qualify for 2 more! Active recoveries - you have 100s to get back to the start. Set off from the Sports Club at 7:00 pm.

Mike Fawcett's group will be doing 2 x 400m, 2 x 600m & 2 x 800m with walk/jog recoveries. See you all at the Sports Club at 7:00 pm .
